The SAH1L12-Series from Laser Components are low-noise, high-sensitivity, 12-element linear silicon avalanche photodiode arrays that operate from 800 to 900 nm. They can provide power dissipation of up to 60 mW. The APDs have a low temperature coefficient and a gap of only 40 µm between elements. They are available in a 14-pin DIL package with protective window and are ideal for rangefinding, laser scanner and LIDAR ACC applications.
