The TED-320-200 from Brimrose Corporation is an Acousto-Optic Deflector that operates at a wavelength of 380 nm - 1600 nm. It has an active aperture of 0.5 mm x 9 mm and a time-bandwidth product of 400. This linearly polarised acousto-optic deflector has a 3 dB bandwidth of 200 MHz, deflection angle of 1.69 deg, and diffraction efficiency of 60%. It has 1-D & 2-D deflection systems, uniform scan intensity, and fast switching speed.

The TED-320-200 uses various variable frequency RF drivers with a tuning voltage of up to 10 V. It requires an AC supply voltage of 90 V - 240 V and is available in a compact integrated unit that 190 (W) mm x 100 (H) mm x 220 (D) mm. This acousto-optic deflector is ideal for continuous laser beam deflection, vector (random) scanning, signal processing, graphic & laser printing, optical inspection, digital imaging, OEM designs, and photolithography applications.
