The H-500 Series from L3Harris Technologies are Fused Silica Acousto-Optic Modulators that operate at a wavelength of 257 nm - 364 nm. They have a center frequency of 160 MHz and diffraction efficiency of over 50%. These AOMs have a rise time of less than 22 ns and maximum RF drive power of 0.75 W per channel. They have a nominal RF input impedance of 50 Ohms and produce an optical beam of diameter 150 μm. These AOMs have 8-channel ultraviolet wave modulation with a channel spacing of 360 μm and can be controlled via a standard SMA cable interface connector. They are available in a package that measures 3" x 2.1" x 1.16" and are ideal for independent modulation of an array of light beams for photolithographic printing, optical computing, and signal processing applications.
