The CCD2520A from ANDANTA is a 13.52 Megapixel Area CCD Image Sensor that has a resolution of 4224 (H) x 3200 (V) pixels. It has a pixel size of 8.6 μm x 8.6 μm and an image area of 36.33 mm x 27.52 mm. This frame-transfer image sensor has a fill factor of 100% and full well capacity from 60 ke- to 90 ke-. It has a readout noise of 30 e- (at 20 MHz) and maximum dark signal non-uniformity of 1 mV. This solid-state image sensor has a charge transfer efficiency above 0.999995 and an output amplifier sensitivity above 70 μV/e-. 

The CCD2520A has 32 two-stage 20 MHz outputs and three-phase buried channel NMOS image area & readout registers. It has a dark current of 1 e-/pix/sec and photo response non-uniformity (PRNU) of up to 10%. This image sensor has an output linearity of less than 2% and a saturation output voltage above 750 mV. It requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V and is ideal for high-resolution scientific, space-based, industrial, and commercial electro-optical system applications.
