The CCD69 from Teledyne Imaging is a CCD Image Sensor that has a resolution of 16 (H) x 16 (V) pixels. It has a pixel size of 16 µm x 16 µm and operates at wavelengths of 193 nm - 400 nm (UV). This CCD image sensor integrates a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and is available in a hermetically sealed package.
