The TCD1706DG from Toshiba Corporation is a CCD Linear Image Sensor that has a pixel size of 4.7 µm x 4.7 µm. It has 7400 image-sensing elements with a spectral resolution of 24 lines/mm and data rate of 1000 MHz. This B/W CCD image sensor has a sensitivity of 15 V/lx.s and dynamic range of 2000. It has a total transfer efficiency of 98% and an output impedance of 0.2 kOhms. This lens-reduction type CCD image sensor has a photo response non-uniformity (PRNU) of 3% and dark signal non-uniformity (DSNU) of 4 mV. It is available in a 22-pin CERDIP package that measures 53.6 (L) mm x 10.16 (W) mm x 7.2 (H) mm and is ideal for photocopier applications.
