The TCD2569BFG from Toshiba is a CCD Color Linear Image Sensor that has a resolution of 600 DPI. It has a pixel size of 5.25 (H) µm x 5.25 (V) µm and 5340 elements x 3 lines image-sensing elements. This CCD image sensor has a sensitivity of 13.2 V/lx.s (Red), 15 V/lx.s (Green), and 5.9 V/lx.s (Blue). It has a total transfer efficiency of 99% and an output impedance of 0.1 kOhms.
