The AR0237SR from ON Semiconductor is a 2.1 MP CMOS Digital Image Sensor with an active pixel array size of 1928 (H) x 1088 (V). It captures images in either linear or high dynamic range modes with a rolling-shutter readout and includes sophisticated camera functions such as in-pixel binning, windowing, and both video and single frame modes. The image sensor supports RGB and 4 x4 RGBIR versions and is designed for both low light and high dynamic range scene performance. It is based on DR-PIX technology with a dual conversion gain feature and can be controlled via two-wire and four-lane serial high-speed pixel (HiSPi) interfaces. The image sensor produces extraordinarily clear, sharp digital pictures, and can capture both continuous video and single frames. It is ideal for surveillance and FHD video, access control, high dynamic range imaging, in-cabin monitor system, and face payment system applications.
