The PAC7640LT from Pixart is a CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 400 (H) x 400 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter that delivers a maximum frame rate of 120 fps. This image sensor has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm, dynamic range of 51.4 dB, and signal-to-noise ratio of 38 dB. It can be controlled via MIPI/H-Parallel (Pixel Data) and I2C (Register Control) interfaces. This CMOS image sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 2.8 V (analog), 1.5 V (digital), and 1.8 V (I/O). It consumes an average operating power of 65 mW (at 120 fps) and 2.7 mW (at standby). This image sensor has frame synchronization with multiple sensor and supports binning, skipping & scaling correction modes. It is available in a 36-ball CSP package that measures 3.42 mm x 3.42 mm x 0.76 mm and is ideal for smart homes, offices & classrooms appliances & mobile phone applications.
