The PAG7820LT from Pixart is a Quarter Video Graphics Array (QVGA) CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 320 (H) x 240 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter that delivers a maximum frame rate of 180 fps. This NIR image sensor has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm, dynamic range of 68 dB, and signal-to-noise ratio of 38 dB. It has ROI (Region of Interest) functionality and binning & skipping modes. This image sensor can be controlled via parallel & SPI (pixel data) and 12 C (register control) interfaces. It requires a DC supply voltage of 2.8 V - 3.3 V (analog), 1.2 V (digital), and 1.8 V/3.3 V (I/O). This image sensor consumes an average operating power of 0.79 mW (at 15 fps), 0.288 mW (at 5 fps), and 0.072 mW (at 1 fps). It is available in a CSP package that measures 2.24 mm x 2.74 mm x 0.748 mm and is ideal for smart toys, connected home appliances, and IoT applications.
