The PAG7830LT from Pixart is a 1 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 1280 (H) x 800 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter that delivers a maximum frame rate of 120 fps. This image sensor has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm, dynamic range of 68 dB, and signal-to-noise ratio of 38 dB. It can be controlled via MIPI & Parallel (Pixel Data) and I2C (Register Control) interfaces. This CMOS image sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 2.8 V - 3.3 V (analog), 1.2 V (digital) & 1.8 V - 3.3 V (I/O) and consumes an average operating power of 110 mW (at 120 fps) & 70 mW (at 60 fps). It supports smart motion detection and has auto-exposure & auto-gain control functionality. This image sensor has ROI (Region of Interest) functionality and binning & skipping modes. It is available in a CSP package that measures 5.1 mm x 5 mm x 0.75 mm and is ideal for smart toys, connected home appliances, and IoT applications.
