The PAG7920LT from Pixart is a 0.07 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor with a QVGA (Quarter Video Graphics Array) resolution of 320 (H) x 240 (V). This global shutter CMOS image sensor delivers a maximum frame rate of up to 180 fps and has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm. It has a dynamic range of 68 dB and a signal-to-noise ratio of 38 dB. This CMOS image sensor can be controlled via parallel & SPI (Pixel Data) and I2C (Register Control) interfaces.
The PAG7920LT consumes 0.79 mW of power (at 15 fps), 0.288 mW (at 5 fps), and 0.072 mW (at 1fps). This CMOS image sensor requires a DC voltage of 3.3 V (VDDMA) and 1.8 V (1.2V) (VDDIO). It supports smart motion detection and has auto-exposure & auto-gain control functionality. This CMOS image sensor has ROI (Region of Interest) functionality and has binning and skipping modes. It is available in a chip-scale package (CSP) that measures 2.24 x 2.74 x 0.748 mm and is ideal for smart toys, connected home appliances, and IoT applications.
