The PAJ6100U6 from Pixart is a Quarter VGA CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 320 (H) x 240 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter that delivers a maximum frame rate of up to 30 fps. This image sensor has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm, dynamic range of 54 dB, and signal-to-noise ratio of 40 dB. It integrates a 90-degree (diagonal) Field of View reflowable optical lens and can be controlled via parallel 8-bit (Pixel Data) & 4-wire SPI (Register Control) interfaces. This CMOS image sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V and consumes 1400 µW of power (at 30 fps QGA) & 500 µW (at 30 fps QQVGA). It has ROI (Region of Interest) functionality and has binning & skipping modes. This image sensor is available in a 26-pin LGA package that measures 4.1 mm x 3.9 mm x 2.1 mm and is ideal for smart toys, connected home appliances, and IoT applications.
