The PS5262LT from Pixart is a 2.07 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 1920 (H) x 1080 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter in a 1/2.7" optical format that delivers a maximum frame rate of up to 30 fps (HDR & DOL) & 60 fps (linear). This image sensor has a pixel size of 3 µm x 3 µm with 14-bit linear HDR-RAW RGB (12-bit/10-bit HDR-RAW RGB) and 10-bit Linear (DOL-RAW RGB & RAW RGB) output format. It can be controlled via MIPI and DVP (parallel) interfaces.

The PS5262LT supports on-chip HDR Image Control, boot-up Fast Auto-Exposure (FAE) function, Smart Motion Detection (SMD) function, and SMD ROI (Region of Interest) window. It consumes a power of 78 mW (30 fps), 99 mW (HDR, 30 fps) & 96 mW (DOL, 30 fps) for MIPI interface, 59.3 mW (at 30 fps) & 77.1 mW (HDR, 30 fps) for DVP interface (w/o I/O) and less than 200 µW (SMD mode). This image sensor is available in a CSP-50 package and is ideal for IoT & battery-powered wireless cameras, HD-CCTV cameras, IP cameras, DashCam, smart doorbells, and smart rearview mirror applications.
