The HDPYX 330-G from Pyxalis is a 3.3 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 2160 (H) x 1536 (V). It has a global shutter in a 2/3" optical format that delivers a frame rate of up to 200 fps. This image sensor has a pixel pitch of 4.4 µm x 4.4 µm, an on-chip linear dynamic range of up to 79 dB, and a 4:3 aspect ratio. It has a noise of less than 2 e- (in low noise mode) and less than 5 e- (at 200 fps). This image sensor has a full well charge of over 17 ke- and quantum efficiency above 65% (at 550 nm). It has 10-bit/11-bit/12-bit cyclic ADC and 2x8 or 4x8 LVDS data lanes with a data rate of up to 960 Mb/s. This image sensor consumes up to 1.6 W of power at full speed and can be controlled via an SPI interface.

The HDPYX 330-G features Deep Trench Technology (DTI) to minimize dark current and crosstalk, analog binning 2x2 (charge domain) with a sensitivity x4 for low light conditions. It has built-in pixel high-dynamic technology (2x CVF Values) and multi-sampling (dark and signal) for low noise mode. This image sensor is available with monochrome or standard RGB Bayer color filters and has multiple ROI & bracketing modes. It is available in a CLGA package and is ideal for high speed capture, night vision, ITS, robotic and surveillance, low flux scientific, defense image fusion imaging and full hd video with electronic stabilization applications.
