The RAA462113FYL#AC2 from Renesas is an 8 MP CMOS Image Sensor that is designed for security applications. It delivers a frame rate of up to 60 fps with single exposure and up to 30 fps with double exposure (line by line). This image sensor has a Bayer pattern primary color filter array in a 1/1.9 inch optical format. It has a 12-bit ADC & a gain amplifier and has HDR (High Dynamic Range) and PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) functions. This image sensor has selectable output formats MIPI-CSI2 or 12-bit SLVS in 8/4 lanes that deliver a data rate of up to 891 Mbps (445.5per lane). It can be controlled via 4-wire (SCE, SCK, SDI, SDO) and I2C serial interfaces.

The RAA462113FYL#AC2  requires a DC supply of 1.2, 1.8 or 2.8 V and consumes less than 0.9 W of power. It is available in a CLGA package that measures 15 x 13.3 mm.
