The ISOCELL 2L4 from Samsung Semiconductor is a CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 12 megapixels. It has an electronic rolling/global reset shutter in a 1/2.55” optical format and a 10-bit ADC. This image sensor delivers an image frame rate of 30 fps at full resolution and video frame rate of up to 120 fps at 1080p, 240 fps at WVGA (max video frame rate), 960 fps at 1080p FHD & 1440 fps at cropped 720p (super slow frame rate) resolution. It requires a DC supply of 1.1 - 2.8 V and uses a MIPI 4-lane RAW interface for output. 

The ISOCELL 2L4 has a fast and accurate auto focus with Dual-Pixel technology that employs two photodiodes in each pixel for a PDAF with 12-million focusing agents. It has smart WDR technology that helps capture vivid photos with greater details even in mixed lighting conditions. This image sensor has an RGB Bayer pattern and chroma. It is ideal for mobile phone camera applications.
