The S5KGD1 | ISOCELL GD1 from Samsung Semiconductors is a 32 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has an effective resolution of 6560 (H) x 4928 (V) pixels. It has an electronic rolling shutter in a 1/2.8" optical format that delivers a normal frame rate of up to 30 fps (at full resolution) and video frame rate of up to 120 fps (at 1080p). This image sensor has a pixel size of 0.8 µm x 0.8 µm with a 10-bit ADC. It uses RAW8 & RAW10 image data formats and delivers 3D/Tetra HDR images.

The S5KGD1 | ISOCELL GD1 uses Samsung Tetrapixel technology to capture sharp & bright images and ISOCELL Plus technology to significantly increase light sensitivity & color fidelity for accurate & clear photos. It supports autofocus with Super-PD (PDAF) and can be controlled via a MIPI interface with 4 Lanes. This image sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 2.8V (Analog), 1.8V or 2.8V (I/O), and 1.05 V (digital core supply).
