The AAA1337NXX from SK Hynix is a 13 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 4208 (H) x 3120 (V). It has a rolling shutter in a 1/3.4 inch optical format that delivers a frame rate of 30 fps (at 4208 x 3120 px), 60 fps (at FHD 1080P), and 120 fps (at HD 720P). This backside illuminated (BSI) CMOS image sensor has a pixel size of 1 μm x 1 μm and an ADC resolution of 10 bits. It has an on-chip PLL with a clock frequency of 10 - 27 MHz.
The AAA1337NXX features standby mode for power saving, dual camera synchronization (FSync), dead pixel & lens shading correction, and black level calibration. It has a built-in temperature sensor and 8 KB OTP memory. This image sensor can be controlled via a two-wire serial bus interface and uses a MIPI 4-Lane (max 1.5 Gbps on each lane) interface for output. It requires a power supply voltage of 2.8 V (analog), 1.8/2.8 V (IO) & 1.1 V (digital) and consumes a maximum power of 209 mW. This image sensor is ideal for mobile phone cameras, digital still cameras, and PC cameras.
