The IMX565-AAMJ from Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation is a 12.41 Megapixel Solid-State CMOS Image Sensor that has an effective resolution of 4128 (H) x 3008 (V). It has a global shutter in a 1/1.1” optical format with five readout modes. The readout mode includes an All-pixel scan mode, vertical/horizontal 1/2 subsampling mode, 2 × 2 FD binning mode, ROI mode, and vertical/horizontal-normal/inverted mode. This image sensor delivers a maximum frame rate of 42 fps (12.28 MP, All-pixel) & 152 fps (3.07 MP, vertical/horizontal 1/2 subsampling, 2 × 2 FD binning mode) at 8-bit ADC, 34 fps (All-pixel) & 126 fps (vertical/horizontal 1/2 subsampling, 2 × 2 FD binning mode) at 10-bit ADC, and 29 fps (All-pixel) & 107 fps (vertical/horizontal 1/2 subsampling, 2 × 2 FD binning mode) at 12-bit ADC.
The IMX565-AAMJ has a sensitivity of 14510 Digit/lx/s and minimum saturation signal of 4094 Digit. It has an input frequency of 37.125 MHz / 74.25 MHz / 54 MHz and an f-number of 2.8. This image sensor has a unit cell size of 2.74 µm (H) × 2.74 µm (V) and image size of 14 mm (Diagonal). It has a built-in timing adjustment circuit, H/V driver, and serial communication circuit. This image sensor uses CSI-2 serial data output interface with 2 or 4 lanes that support a data rate of 1188 / 891 / 594 Mbps per channel. It requires a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V (for Analog) & 1.1 V (for digital) and is available in a 230 Pin LGA Package that measures 20.0 mm (H) x 16.8 mm (V). It is ideal for FA cameras, ITS cameras, and other industrial applications.
