The SP8407 from SuperPix is a 1/4 inch, 8-megapixel CMOS image sensor for high-end mobile applications. It has best-in-class low-light sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, full-well capacity, quantum efficiency and low-power consumption. The sensor offers image control functions like flip, windowing, automatic blacklevel calibration, defective pixel correction and lens shading correction, etc. The CMOS image sensor supports high frame speed up to 30 fps at full resolution, 60 fps at 1080p, 90 fps at 720p, and 120 fps at VGA format transferred over a MIPI 4-lane Interface. It has 3264 x 2448 active pixels and provides stable performance between 0°C and 60°C.
