The NIR-MPX950-LN-05-00-P-P-FA-FA from iXblue Photonics is an Electro-Optic Phase Modulator that operates at a wavelength of 900 nm. It has an electro-optic bandwidth of 5 GHz and a usable bandwidth of 10 GHz. This electro-optic phase modulator has an RF half-wave voltage of 3.5 V (at 50 KHz) and ripple of 0.5 dB. It has an insertion loss of 3.5 dB and optical return loss of -45 dB. This electro-optic phase modulator has an electrical return loss of -12 dB and input impedance of 50 Ohms (RF).

The NIR-MPX950-LN-05-00-P-P-FA-FA includes RF amplifiers, NIR-MX950-LN intensity modulators, reference transmitter Modbox-VNA and 30ps optical pulse Modbox-PG. It utilizes a Lithium Niobate X-cut Y-Prop crystal and has Female K & Corning polarization maintaining 98-U25D fiber that supports FC/APC connectors. This electro-optic phase modulator is available in a package that measures 95 mm x 15 mm x 9.65 mm and is ideal for beam combining, interferometric based sensors, quantum optics, frequency shifting, Pound-Drever-Hall locking (PDH), spectrum broadening applications.
