The PARUS-1030 from Avesta Ltd. is an Ultrafast Optical Parametric Amplifier that operate at wavelengths of 1400 nm - 2000 nm (signal) and 2100 nm - 4000 nm (idler). It delivers a maximum output average power of 8 W (at 1030 nm) and has a pulse duration of less than 1x of pump. This optical amplifier has a TETA Yb series pump laser with a pulse energy of 0.2 mJ - 2 mJ and pulse duration of 250 fs - 300 fs. It has a conversion efficiency (signal + idler) above 10% and requires an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V.
The PARUS-1030 has fully automated tuning with PC software and optional harmonic generators, SFG & DFG. It is available in a compact package that measures 510 mm x 345 mm x 110 mm and is ideal for time-resolved ultrafast studies such as fluorescence upconversion spectroscopy, pump-probe spectroscopy & conversion of laser radiation such as parametric generation, ultrafast OPA pumping, ultra-short pulsed optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumping & Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) applications.
