The Monaco HE from Coherent is an Ultrafast Ytterbium Amplifier that provides up to 2 mJ pulse energy (1-10 kHz) and 25W of average power (up to 250 kHz). It delivers a pulse width of less than 350 fs (adjustable up to 10 ps) and provides the versatility to drive numerous applications from material processing to time-resolved spectroscopy by a user-controlled selection of repetition rate and energy combinations. The laser head is housed in a single box that integrates all optical and electrical control components and the system includes a chiller, 48V power supply, and controller. This laser is suitable for time-resolved spectroscopy, material processing, THz generation, and optical parametric amplifier pumping applications.
