The GPC-CIR from Laser 2000 are Fiber Optic Circulators that operate at wavelengths of 1064 nm, 1310 nm, and 1550 nm. They have a bandwidth of ±5 nm (1064 nm), ±20 nm (1310/1550 nm SM) & ±30 nm (1310/1550 nm PM), and minimum extinction ratio of 20 dB (1064 nm) & 22 dB (1310/1550 nm PM). These fiber optic circulators have an insertion loss of 1.8 dB (1064 nm), 0.6 dB (1310/1550 nm SM) & 0.7 dB (1310/1550 nm PM), and a return loss of 50 dB (1064 nm & 1310/1550 nm SM) & 55 dB (1310/1550 nm PM). They have a polarisation-dependent loss of 0.2 dB (1064 nm SM) & 0.1 dB (1310/1550 nm SM) and polarisation mode dispersion of 0.1 ps.
The GPC-CIR support single mode (SM) & polarisation mode (PM) pigtailed fibers, have an isolation of 50 dB (1310 nm & 1550 nm), 28 dB (1064 nm SM) & 30 dB (1064 nm PM), and cross talk of 50 dB (1310 nm, 1550 nm & 1064 nm PM) & 45 dB (1064 nm SM). They are available in a compact package that measures Ø 5.5 mm x 50 mm (1310/1550 nm SM), 34 (L) mm x 8.4 (W) mm x 8.4 (H) mm (1064 nm SM) & Ø 5.5 mm x 50 mm (PM) and are ideal components for add/drop filters, Erbium-doped Fiber Amplifiers (EDFAs), dispersion compensation & bi-directional communication applications.
