The PDR-300M-A from LD-PD Inc is a Polarization Diversity Fiber Optic Receiver that operates at a wavelength of 1510 nm - 1590 nm. It has a detector responsivity of 0.95 A/W (at 1550 nm) and bandwidth of 300 MHz. This coherent fiber optic receiver has a trans-impedance gain of 30 KV/A and input power of up to 5 mW (local) & 300 &muW (signal). This fiber optic receiver has an AC output coupling mode and FC/APC (optical fiber) & SMA (electrical) interfaces. It has polarisation-mode (local) & single-mode (signal) optical fiber types and SMA radio frequency output. This fiber optic receiver requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 0.5 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 120 (L) mm x 100 (W) mm x 25 (H) mm and is ideal for optical fiber sensing, doppler wind LiDAR, OCT, laser ranging, and spectrometry applications.
