The PhaseCam Vacuum-Compatible from 4D Technology is a Twyman-Green interferometer that operates at a wavelength of 632.8 nm. It produces a beam of diameter 8.75 mm (at FWHM) with a data acquisition time of 30 μsec. This circularly polarized interferometer has a cavity length above 100 m and an f-number of f/1 - f/32. It has an acquisition rate of over 10 frames/sec (live video) or 4 interferograms/frame and 20 frames/sec max data with post-processing. This interferometer has a 4-megapixel camera that provides 1x fixed & 10x digital zoom and stabilized He-Ne laser source.
The PhaseCam Vacuum-Compatible has Vibration Insensitive Dynamic Interferometry technology that uses a single camera high-speed optical phase sensor to make wavefront measurements. It uses the Windows® 10 operating system and can be controlled via 4SightTM Focus Analysis software. This interferometer consumes up to 750 W of power and is available in a package that measures 26.47" (L) x 10.9 (Ø). It is ideal for vacuum chamber testing, thermal & environmental testing, meter-class telescope optics, and quality verification of optical components.
