The SF6060 from Maiman Electronics is a Laser Diode Driver that produces an output current of up to 15 A. It has an output voltage of over 5 V with a pulse rate from 0.1 to 100 Hz and a pulse duration of 2 - 5000 ms. This laser diode driver has a rise time of 75 μs and a fall time of 60 μs. It has a ripple current of 15 mA, an output capacitance of 13.2 µF and an input capacitance of 22 µF. This laser diode driver can handle an input voltage of 12 - 55 V and dissipates 20 W of power.
