The ADL-94Y01TL from Arima Lasers is a Continuous Wave Infrared Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers an output power of 200 mW and has a differential efficiency of 0.75 mW/mA. This laser diode has a parallel divergence angle of 7 deg and perpendicular divergence angle of 17 deg. It has a threshold current of 50 mA and reverse voltage of 2 V. This laser diode requires a DC supply voltage of 1.9 V and consumes 300 mA of current. It is available in a TO-Can package and is ideal for fiber laser pumping, laser ranging, and 3D sensing applications.
