The KLD085VC-LTH32 from Dexerials Corporation is a Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL) Diode that operates at a peak wavelength of 850 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 1 mW and has a maximum spectral width of 0.85 nm. This laser diode has a bandwidth of 4 GHz and slope efficiency of 0.1 mW/mA. It has a built-in monitor photodiode (PD) with a forward voltage of 1.9 V and monitor current of 20 μA. This laser diode has a PD dark current of 0.1 nA and total capacitance of 50 pF. It requires a threshold current of 1 mA, DC supply voltage of 2.1 V, and consumes 1.5 mA of current.
