The HStack EN 808nm from DILAS is a Water-Cooled Horizontal Diode Laser Stack that operates at 808 nm. This laser operates in CW / QCW modes and provides an output power of 50-80 W (per bar) with a slope efficiency of over 1.12 (per bar) and power conversion efficiency of over 48 %. It has a slow-axis divergence of less than 6.5 degrees and a fast-axis divergence of less than 70 degrees. This laser has a spectral width (FWHM) of less than 3 nm. It requires a DC supply of 1.8 V and has a threshold current of less than 16 A. The diode laser stack is available in custom configurations of 2-13 bars side-by-side in horizontal stacks.
