The EYP-RWE-0760-02010-1500-SOT12-0000 from TOPTICA Eagleyard is an AR Coated Fabry-Perot Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 760 nm. It provides an output power of 80 mW and has a monitor detector responsivity of 1-40 μA/mW. This TM polarized laser diode consumes 180 mA of current. It has a cavity of length 1500 μm and an emission plane of height 3.5-3.7 mm.
