The MLU96A1060CWG from II-VI Incorporated is a Single Mode Pulsed Laser Diode Module that operates from 1050 to 1060 nm. The laser diode provides an output power of up to 350 mW at 750 mA and has a spectral width (200 mW) of 10 nm. It can achieve a high kink-free pulse output power of up to 1 W (peak) by emitting an SLD type spectrum of larger 10 nm that helps suppress SBS generation in pulsed fiber lasers. The laser diode has a pulse width of 10 ns and a repetition rate of 100 kHz. It is available in a hermetically sealed uncooled 3-pin micro-format package and is ideal for fiber lasers, and sensing applications.
