The V940-8904-G01 from II-VI Incorporated is a Multi-Mode Double-Junction VCSEL (Laser) Array that operates at 940 nm. It delivers an output power of up to 110 W in short pulses. The VCSEL offers high power conversion efficiency and slope efficiency. It requires a low operating current which reduces the impact of inductance on rise time, minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI), and simplifies driver design for short pulses generation.
