The ISV850-004 from ISOCOM Limited is a VCSEL Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 860 nm. It delivers a continuous wave optical output power of 4 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.8 mW/mA. This laser diode has a beam divergence of 16° and spectral bandwidth of 0.25 nm RMS. It has a pulse width of less than 10 ns and duty cycle of up to 1 %.
