The ISV940L-004 from ISOCOM Limited is a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) Diode that has a peak wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers a continuous wave optical output power of 4 mW and has a pulse width of up to 10 ns. This laser diode has a duty cycle of 1 %, maximum peak power of 10 W, and rise time & fall time of 1 ns. It has a forward voltage of 2.5 V and forward current of 9 mA. This laser diode is available in a TO-46 can package and is ideal for gesture recognition & 3D camera applications.
