The ADL-85Y51TL from Laser Components is an 850 nm AlGaAs Infrared Laser Diode that provides an output power of up to 270 mW. The device operates at a supply voltage of 1.9 V and consumes up to 360 mA of current. This continuously-emitting laser diode has a parallel divergence angle from 6 to 13 degrees, perpendicular divergence angle from 12 to 22 degrees, and a differential efficiency of 1 mW/mA. It is available in a TO-Can package and is ideal for sensing devices, LiDAR, and 3D sensing applications.
