The CM97A1064NFBG from II-VI is a Pulsed FBG Laser Diode Module that operates at 1064 nm. It produces a pulsed output power of up to 1.5 W with a pulse width of 5-500 ns and has a repetition rate of 500 kHz. This laser diode consists of a polarization-maintaining single-mode optical fiber and coupling this fiber to the laser produces a high peak output power that is stable with both time and temperature. It has a spectral width (FWHM) of less than 0.3 nm. The laser diode has a forward voltage of up to 1.7 V and a threshold current of 60 mA. It has an internal thermoelectric heat pump and a monitor diode. This RoHS compliant laser diode is available in a hermetically sealed 10-pin mini-butterfly package and is ideal as a light source for pulsed narrow bandwidth fiber laser, direct frequency conversion, and spectroscopy applications.
