It delivers an optical output power of 8 mW and has a linewidth of up to 2 MHz. This laser diode has a side mode suppression ratio of 45 dB and quantum efficiency of 0.01 mW/mA. It has a current tuning coefficient of 0.005 nm/mA and includes a thermistor & photodiode.
