Introducing Our 830 nm 50 mW Fiber-Coupled Laser Diodes

Check out our 830 nm Fabry-Perot laser diodes. You can pick from Single-Mode (SM), Polarization-Maintaining (PM), or Multi-Mode (MM) optical fibers, depending on your needs.

- Compact Coaxial with Bracket (COAXB), without Bracket (COAX) or compatible to Thorlab's mount (TH): This one is small and easy to mount.

- DIL-14-Pins Case (DIL or DILRAD): It comes with a built-in cooler and temperature control, so your laser works reliably in different conditions.

- BTF-14-Pins Type 1 (Pump): Standard 14-Pins Butterfly case, it includes an integrated TEC and thermistor to ensure temperature regulation, essential for the diode's stable performance.
