The S26-xxxx-100 from Lumentum Operations LLC is a Fiber Bragg Grating Pump Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 980 nm. It delivers a minimum output power of 20 mW and has a power stability of 2%. This laser diode has a cut-off wavelength of 920 nm and spectral width of up to 2 nm. It has a maximum attenuation of 2.1 dB/km and core-cladding concentricity below 0.5 μm. This laser diode consumes a maximum current of 230 mA and dissipates up to 100 mW of power. It is available in a 14-pin butterfly package that measures 39.4 mm x 40.5 mm x 12.7 mm and is ideal for dense wavelength division multiplexing EDFAs for small package designs, high bit-rate, high channel-count EDFAs, and CATV distribution applications.
