The nanoplus DFB ICL from nanoplus is a Distributed Feedback (DFB) Laser Diode that operate at wavelengths of 5184 nm or 5263 nm. It delivers an output power of 6 mW and has a linewidth below 3 MHz. This continuous wave laser diode has a side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of greater than 35 dB, current tuning coefficient of 0.14 nm/mA, and temperature tuning coefficient of 0.48 nm/K. It requires a threshold current of 35 mA, DC supply voltage of 5 V, and consumes up to 120 mA of current. This interband cascade laser diode features mode hop-free tuning and has an integrated TEC & NTC. It is available in a TO66 package sealed with a black cap and has an AR-coated window. This laser is ideal for high-precision gas detection using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS).
