The ASM232P200 from Northrop Grumman is a Laser Diode Submodule that operates at a wavelength of 808 nm. It produces a minimum QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) output power of 200 W (per bar) and has a spectral width of 2.5 nm. This laser diode is based on proprietary hard solder technology with expansion matched materials. It has a threshold current of 15 A and provides a long pulse and/or high duty cycle. This laser diode requires a DC supply of 2 V and consumes 180 A of current. It is available in a Golden Bullet package that measures 394 x 250 x 68 mm and is ideal for material processing, Ti:S pumping, LIDAR, laser cutting and laser peening applications.
