The LCW/SCW Series from OSI are Laser Diodes that operate at 1310, 1490, 1550, 1625, and 1650 nm. They deliver up to 75 mW of CW power and up to 200 mW of pulsed power. These high power laser modules are available with single-mode and multi-mode fiber options. The lasers can include both TEC and temperature sensing thermistors and back facet monitors for superior wavelength stability over a wide temperature range. They are suitable for applications like OTDR instruments, spectroscopy, photon counting, optical and LOS sensors, and talk sets.
