The SPL DP90_3 from OSRAM is a Nanostack Pulsed Laser Diode that operates from 898 to 912 nm. It delivers a peak output power of 65 watts and has a pulse width of 100 ns with a duty cycle of 0.1%. The device has a parallel and perpendicular beam divergence of 10/25-degrees, respectively. It features 3 vertically nanostacked emitters and has narrow emission width. This laser diode is available as a chip and is ideal for CCTV surveillance, LIDAR, pre-crash, ACC, industrial automation (machine controls, light barriers, vision controls), and pedestrian protection/lane departure warning applications. This product's qualification test plan is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q102, failure mechanism based Stress Test Qualification for Discrete Optoelectronic Semiconductors in Automotive applications.
