The SPL TL90AT08 from OSRAM is a Nanostack Pulsed laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 905 nm. It delivers a peak output power of 120 W with a pulse width of 1-100 ns and spectral bandwidth of 7 nm. This laser diode has 3 emitters and beam divergence (FWHM) of 10° (parallel) & 25° (perpendicular). It has a laser aperture (FWHM) of 220 μm (parallel) and 10 μm (perpendicular). This laser diode has a threshold current of 0.6 A and a reverse voltage of 3 V. It requires a DC supply of 11 V and has a forward current of up to 40 A. This laser diode is available in a TO-56 package that measures Ø5.6 x 10 mm and is ideal for 3D Sensing, CCTV surveillance, electronic equipment, industrial automation (machine controls, light barriers, vision controls), LiDAR, Pre-Crash, ACC and measurement leveling applications.
