The QDFBLD-105X-20 from QPhotonics is a fiber coupled DFB laser diode that operates from 1049 to 1064 nm. It provides an output power of 20 mW and has a rise time of 0.5 ns. The laser has a built in thermoelectric cooler, thermistor and an optional photodiode. It is available in a module with HI1060 or PM980 fiber pigtail. Optional FC/APC connector is also available.
