The QDFBLD-105X-50 from QPhotonics is a Fiber coupled DFB laser diode that provides an output power of 50 mW while operating from 1049 to 1064 nm. It has a built-in thermoelectric cooler, thermistor and optional photodiode. The laser diode has a rise time of 5 ns and operates over a temperature range of 15 C to 40 C. It is available in a 14-pin Butterfly package with optional FC/PC or FC/APC connectors.
