The QFBGLD-1300-5 from QPhotonics is a Fiber Coupled Laser Diode that operates at a center wavelength of 1314.9 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 5 mW and has a spectral width of up to 0.01 nm. This wavelength-stabilized single-mode laser diode has a wavelength temperature coefficient of 0.1 nm/oC and minimum sidemode suppression ratio of 35 dB. It has a maximum rise time (in pulse mode) of 0.5 ns and reverse voltage of 5 V.

The QFBGLD-1300-5 has a forward voltage of 1.2 V, forward current of 90 mA and thermistor resistance of 10 kOhms. This laser diode requires a threshold current of 33 mA, DC supply voltage of 1.14 V, and consumes 68 mA of current. It has a built-in monitor photodiode, thermoelectric cooler, and thermistor. This laser diode has an SMF28 pigtailed fiber and optional FC/APC connectors with a numerical aperture of 0.13. It is available in a compact package that measures 60 mm x 28 mm x 15.2 mm.
