The QFLD-405-20S from QPhotonics is a single mode fiber coupled Fabry Perot laser diode that delivers 20 mW of optical power while operating at 405 nm. It has a rise time of 5 ns and operates over a temperature range of 0 C to 50 C. The laser diode is available in a 14-pin Butterfly package with optional FC/PC or FC/APC connectors.
